SHIPPING
How much is shipping?
UNITED STATES: FLAT $8.99 USD for all orders.
CANADA: Starts from $15.99 USD - based on order weight.

How can I track my order status?
After your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and instructions on how to track your shipment. Please note that tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active.
Do international orders have to pay duties and customs?
We ship based out of the USA.
We unfortunately have no control over custom fees and they vary from country to country. Customers would be responsible for paying all customs/duties fees.
ORDERS
I didn't receive a order confirmation email, did my order go through?
If you reached the confirmation page after purchase providing your order number and receipt, then your order has gone through.
If you did not receive an order confirmation email then this means the wrong email was entered at checkout.
Please conact us with the email used (or order #), the first & last name associated with your order and the date your order was placed so we can resend your order confirmation.
Can I change, cancel, or combine orders?
Due to the nature of our made-to-order launch, we begin working on your item shortly after the order is placed. As such, orders may only be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of purchase.
After this window, your order is considered final and cannot be changed or cancelled, even if it has not yet shipped. Please ensure that all details—including shipping address and product selections—are correct before submitting your order.

I need to change my address
If your order has yet to ship, please reach out to us via contact us.
Provide your order number, email address, full name, and updated address you would like your order shipped to.
If your order has already been shipped then please reach out to the shipping carrier to redirect your package. If your package is returned to us, please notify us and provide us an updated address in which we will reship your order to.
We would not be responsible for any misdeliveries due to improper addresses.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return/exchange policy?
All sales are final. Due to the made-to-order and/or pre-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances.
Each item is produced specifically to fulfill your order. As such, we are unable to accommodate changes once an order has been placed, and we cannot accept returned merchandise as it cannot be restocked or resold.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will address the issue accordingly.
